1.5kg (3 pound) chicken pieces
3/4 cup honey (I used about 1/2 cup)
2 tblspn dry mustard
1 tblspn curry powder
2 tblspn butter or margarine
1 tspn grated green ginger or ginger powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, sliced
I added 1 red chilli too (bit more spicey)
Combine all ingredients except chicken over low heat until all combined. Pour over chicken which is arranged in a large casserole dish. Coat well. Bake in a moderate oven (180 deg. C or 360 deg F) for 45 mins. Turn pieces, cover and bake further 15-30 mins until tender and cooked. Serve with rice and green beans.
