DRY MIX:
4 cups nonfat dry milk solids
2 2/3 cups sugar
1-1/3 cups cornstarch
1 c. baking cocoa, (1 to 1-1/3 )
1/2 teaspoon salt
PUDDING:
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
For Mix:
Sift together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container or plastic bag.
For Pudding:
Combine 1 c. mix with milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly or do in Microwave, stirring occasionally.
Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes. Can serve warm or chilled.
For Pie:
Can decrease milk by up to 1/4 cup. Follow directions for pudding. Cool slightly, pour into baked pie shell.
NOTE:
This makes 9 batches or 4 servings per batch.
