4 pork chops
30 ml butter or margarine 2 tbsp
10 ml dried basil leaves, crushed 2 tsp
10 ml dried marjoram leaves, crushed 2 tsp
2 ml garlic powder 1/2 tsp
2 green onion, chopped
In a small bowl; blend melted butter with basil, marjoram, garlic and onion.
Grill or broil pork chops until done; brushing with herb mixture during last 5 minutes of cooking.
