1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
1/4 cup vinegar
water
1/2 cup oil
Parmesan Cheese
Just prepare the dressing as directed on the package and pour over the vegetables about 30 minutes before you are ready to grill them.
Sometimes I will add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese to them. Or if I want extra garlic taste I will sprinkle some garlic powder over them. Just experiment with different herbs and maybe some oil and balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar. The combinations are really endless.
