1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
3 tablespoons buttermilk
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (or salt-free seasoning blend)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 minced garlic clove
1 minced anchovy filet
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon other fresh green herb (basil, tarragon, or chervil)
pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients.
