Grapes of Canicatti with Three Chocolates

400 g of grapes,
70 g of white chocolate,
70 g of milk,
70 g of melted chocolate.

Separate the grapes from the cluster, wash and dry them. Divide them in three groups. Cook in a bain-marie, separately and in succession in three small basins, the three types of chocolate. Melted the chocolate, remove the small basin from the fire and leave to rest some minutes. Dip the seeds of grape of a group, one for time, until half of their height in the chocolate and dispose them in the capacity plate proceeding in the same way for all and three chocolates. Serve them after refrigerating in order to consolidate the chocolate.
