Golden Pumpkin Custard Pie

2 cup mashed pumpkin
2 tablespoon melted butter
3 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 cup milk

Beat eggs, then add sugar and flour. Add pumpkin, butter, salt and milk. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
