Ginger Dipping Sauce

1/4 c chopped white onion
1 large piece of fresh ginger minced about the size of a quarter and 1 inch thick (to taste, I often use more)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar to 1 tablespoon to taste
1/2 teaspoon msg

Combine and process in food processor. Use to dip seafood, meats, stirfried vegies.
