Garlic Tahini Kale Slaw

Slaw Greens
2 cups Lacinto Kale; destemmed
2 cups Red Kale; shredded or sliced
2 cups Red Cabbage

Fruit Options
6 whole Strawberries; sliced
1 whole Kiwi; sliced
2 cups red grapes (seedless); whole

Garlic Tahini Sauce
2 tablespoons Raw Tahini
1 whole Lemon; juiced
6 cloves Garlic; pressed
1 teaspoon Raw Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
Add Water till sauce is at desired consistency

Optional Non-Vegan/Raw Additions
1 tablespoon Pecorino Romano (sheeps milk); sprinkle on top of each serving

Slice and combine greens

Add desired fruit

Toss with Garlic Tahini Sauce and serve or chill
