1-2/3 tablespoons (5 cloves) garlic, dry, crushed
1/2 cup (1-1/2 oz) mustard flour
2 tablespoons paprika, ground
1/4 teaspoon pepper, red, ground
3 quarts salad oil
1/2 cup (5 oz) salt
1 cup (8 oz) sugar, granulated
3 cups vinegar
Combine garlic, mustard flour, paprika, red pepper, salad oil, salt, sugar, and vinegar in mixer bowl. Beat at low speed until well blended. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Shake or beat well before using.
