1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup cold fruit juice *
1-1/2 cups fruit juice, heated to boiling *
* DO NOT USE FRESH OR FROZEN PINEAPPLE JUICE
In medium bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold fruit juice; let stand about 1 minute. Add hot fruit juice and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. (See NOTE) Pour into 2 cup bowl, mold or dessert dishes; chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Makes about 4 servings.
NOTE:
For a fruity cooler, chill gelatine mixture, stirring occasionally, until consistency of unbeaten egg whites, about 40 minutes. Fold in up to 1-1/2 cups fruit (or vegetables). Proceed as above.
