Fresh Strawberry Sauce

3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, cleaned and hulled
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange peel

In a blender or food processor, purée strawberries, orange juice, sugar and orange peel until smooth. Cover and refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.

Makes about 3 cups.
