French Baked Donuts

5 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cups flour
2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup milk

Topping:
a little butter
cinnamon and sugar

Mix margarine and sugar together. Then add dry ingredients, mixing alternately with milk. Fill muffin tins 1/2 full (use muffin papers). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. While hot, dip each baked donut o melted butter, then into the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
