Feta Spread with Rosemary and Lemon

3/4 c (1-1/2 sticks) chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces
6 ounces feta cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Mix all ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer to small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
