Easy Spanish Rice

1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 cup water
3/4 cup salsa

In large frying pan, brown rice in oil until almost golden.

Add water and salsa, reduce heat and simmer 7 to 10 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Yields 4 servings.
