1 32 0z pkg frozen hash browns
1 8 oz sour cream
1 egg
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
1 can Campbells cheese soup (or your choice)
Mix together and pack firmly into a greased baking dish, 9×12. Bake at 350 F for 30 – 40 minutes or until brown on top. This dish is easily doubled, but do not double sour cream. Instead, add a different soup–mushroom and cream of chicken are good.
