500 g button mushrooms 1 lb
Dressing
60 ml olive oil 5 tbsp
30 ml red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
2 ml dry mustard 1/2 tsp
1 small onion, sliced in rings then halved
5 ml fresh herbs, finely chopped 1 tsp
2 ml sugar 1/2 tsp
DRESSING: Mix all dressing ingredients in jar with secure lid; shake well. Pour dressing over mushrooms and stir gently until well coated. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
