1 head cauliflower, florets and chopped stem
3 stalks celery, diced
3 carrots, sliced
1 bunch broccoli, florets & chopped stem
500 ml cherry tomatoes, halved 2 cup
1 large bottle italian salad dressing
In a large bowl; combine cauliflower, celery, carrots, broccoli and tomatoes. Pour dressing over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, stirring every 2 hours. When ready to serve; use a slotted spoon and place in serving dish.
