Easy Marinated Pork

1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 boneless pork chops

Combine onion, garlic, wine, oil, sugar and salt. Pour over pork chops in a shallow dish. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, turning meat occasionally.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake pork for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until cooked through. Slice into thin strips before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
