The mustardy crust on these pork chops is so flavorful.
4 pork chops
1/2 cup dijon mustard
pinch salt
teaspoon steak seasoning
2 tsps olive oil
2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Blend dijon mustard, salt, steak seasoning and 2 tsps olive oil.
With pastry brush brush mustard mix liberally over one side of pork chops.
Heat olive oil in non stick skillet.
Add pork chops mustard side down and then spread mustard mix on other side of pork chop.
Cook on med high for 10 minutes before turning so leaves a nice crust.
Turn over and finish cooking on other side.
