Diabetic Low Fat Anchovy Pimiento Spread

1 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon cream
1 2 ounces can anchovies, drained and, finely chopped
3 tablespoons finely chopped pimiento

Blend cheese and cream until smooth. Add anchovies and pimiento; mix well. Chill.
