1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon unsalted Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons low sodium soya sauce
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
frozen unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon molasses
Tabasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
Mix all the sauce ingredients and put in the crockpot. Place frozen chicken wings in crockpot and make sure the wings are covered with the sauce. Cook on low for approx 8 hours.
