4 tablespoon Butter
3/4 cup sugar
5 egg yolks
1/2 lemon, juice and rind
2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup flour
3 egg whites, beaten stiffly
Combine ingredients. Pour into pie pan lined with unbaked pastry. Bake at 350 degrees until firm.
