Copeland’s of New Orleans Famous Kid’s Macaroni and Cheese

To make serving for six.

4 cups of heavy whipping cream
1/2 a pound Velveeta Cheese
1 pound unsalted butter
2 cups flour
1 pound bowtie pasta

In a Stock Pot

Melt butter and add flour to create a roux
Add Velveeta Cheese and melt on low temperature
Add cream and stir occasionally until smooth

Toss cooked pasta in cheese sauce and serve.
