This light refreshing sauce is perfect with crispy cold oysters.

2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
1/8 cup dry white wine
1/8 cup champagne vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
Freshly cracked black pepper
Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to serve.
How to Serve:
Pour into a small ramekin large enough for an oyster to dip into. Place in the middle of the oyster plate.
