Chocolate Snack Bread for ABM/Oven

1-1/2 lb. loaf or 2 small rolls:

1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1 large egg, beaten
4 tablespoons soft butter or margarine
3-1/2 cups bread flour
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 ounce semi-sweet chocolate bits
4 tablespoons dark, unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Use kneading or dough cycle, let it rise once in machine, place dough on a lightly floured surface, gently push out extra air bubbles. Now work in chocolate bits. Try to incorporate the chocolate evenly. Place in a greased 9″ bread pan Let dough rise until almost double, brush top with melted butter and bake in a pre-heated 350F oven about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
