Chocolate Mousse Pronto

1/2 cup hot water
1 teaspoon instant coffee
6 ounce pkg. chocolate chips (1 cup)
3 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon rum
3 eggs

Blend two minutes in blender. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate until set. May be topped with whipped cream.
