1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Orange marmalade
1 tablespoon Catsup
1 Garlic clove, crushed
4 pounds Spareribs, country style
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush on both sides of the ribs. Place in a crockpot and pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
