500 g pork strips
125 ml asian stir-fry sauce
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
575 g pea pods, cooked tender crisp
3 mandarin oranges, segments separated
125 ml chow mein noodles
In a shallow dish; place pork strips and stir-fry sauce. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, for 4 hours or overnight. Remove pork, discarding marinade.
In a large non-stick skillet; stir-fry pork and onion over medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is cooked throughout. Add pea pods, oranges and chow mein noodles. Toss gently and serve.
