125 ml plain yogurt 1/2 cup
75 ml mayonnaise 1/3 cup
45 ml lemon juice 3 tbsp
salt & pepper to taste
500 ml chicken, cooked & diced 2 cup
250 ml cantaloupe, diced 1 cup
250 ml honeydew melon, diced 1 cup
125 ml celery, chopped 1/2 cup
2 green onions, chopped
lettuce leaves

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cantaloupe, honeydew, celery and onions. Add enough dressing to just coat chicken mixture. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Serve salad over lettuce. Garnish with cashews and blueberries.
