4 large potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 large onion, sliced
30 ml butter 2 tbsp
75 ml cheddar cheese, shredded 1/3 cup
30 ml parsley, minced 2 tbsp
15 ml worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
75 ml chicken stock 1/3 cup
In a large oven proof dish; combine potatoes, butter, cheese, parsley and worcestershire sauce. Add chicken stock. Cover and bake in preheated 400 F (200 C) oven for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
