2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3-1/3 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
2 tablespoons dough enhancer
1 teaspoon fruit fresh (used in canning)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
extra water to get right consistency
