Brown Rice O’Brien

1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups hot cooked brown rice (cooked in beef broth)
3 tablespoons chopped pimientos
Dash ground black pepper

Cook onions and green pepper in oil until tender crisp. Add rice, pimientos and black pepper. Toss lightly. Heat thoroughly.

Makes 6 servings.
