Broiled Steak with Horseradish Sauce

2 pounds top sirloin beef steak

Horseradish Sauce:
1 cup LAND O LAKES® Sour Cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish*
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat broiler. Place steak on greased broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat, turning once, until desired doneness (10 to 12 minutes).

Meanwhile, combine all horseradish sauce ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (3 to 4 minutes).

To serve, cut steak on the diagonal into thin slices. Serve with hot horseradish sauce.

Makes 8 servings.

GRILLING DIRECTIONS:
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Place steak on grill. Grill, turning once, until desired doneness (10 to 12 minutes). Prepare sauce as directed above. Serve steak and sauce as directed above.

*Substitute 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed and 2 tablespoons Dijon Style mustard.
