Broccoli and Carrot Salad

500 g broccoli florets, cut into small pieces 1 lb
1 large carrot, shredded
500 ml fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 cup
125 ml green onions, sliced 1/2 cup
250 ml ranch dressing 1 cup
50 ml dry roasted sunflower seeds 1/4 cup

Toss first 5 ingredients together; refrigerate. Just before serving, sprinkle with sunflower seeds.

Serves 6
