Blueberry Pineapple Sauce

Great on pancakes, waffles and French toast. Try it on grilled chicken, too!

1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
1 pint blueberries

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch; gradually stir in pineapple juice and water. Add blueberries. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sauce bubbles and thickens.

Store in refrigerator in tightly sealed containers

Makes about 3 cups.
