455 g can black-eyed peas, drained 16 oz
3 green onions, chopped
50 ml fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup
125 ml green bell peppers, chopped 1/2 cup
75 ml celery, chopped 1/3 cup
75 ml italian dressing 1/3 cup
In a large bowl; add peas, onion, parsley, peppers and celery. Pour dressing over top and blend together. Cover and store in refrigerator until completely chilled.
