1 (3.25-ounce) package lime Jello
1 (3.25-ounce) package lemon Jello
2 cups of hot water
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup evaporated milk
1 (10-ounce) package cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Dissolve both jellos in hot water, add remaining ingredients. stir well, chill until set. Serve over lettuce leaves
