Beef Barley Soup for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (6 1/4 Gallons)
Portions: 1 Cup Each

6 1/4 gallon Beef Stock recipe, prepared, cooked, boiling
1-1/2 quart (3 lb) barley
Season to taste

Prepare “Beef Stock” recipe. Add barley to boiling stock. Simmer, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes or until barley is tender. Season to taste.
