6 red potatoes, halved
50 ml green onions, finely chopped 1/4 cup
25 ml fresh basil, chopped 2 tbsp
25 ml vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Place potatoes in greased 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) pan. Sprinkle with onions and basil. Drizzle with oil; stir to coat. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for about 1 1/4 hours, stirring occasionally, until potato skins are crispy and potatoes are tender.
