Baked Cheese and Bacon Omelette

6 large eggs, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion, sliced thin
3 slices bacon; cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400*F (205*C).

Whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in seasonings, cheese, onion and bacon.

Melt butter in a 9-inch oven-safe skillet. Pour egg mixture into pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bake for 20 minutes or until set and golden. Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
