750 g fresh asparagus 1 1/2 lb
45 ml butter 3 tbsp
seasoned salt & pepper to taste
25 ml lemon juice 2 tbsp
Rinse and trim asparagus. Place asparagus in a lightly greased shallow dish in one or two layers. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated 300 F (150 C) oven 30 minutes.
