1/4 cup Soy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoons Dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1 tablespoon Minced ginger
1 Scallion, sliced thin (about 2 tablespoons)
Ground black pepper to taste
Marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Then grill for about 8 minutes.
