Mustard Barbecue Marinade

I tried this on Beef Ribs and was excellent. Should work fine with pork, chicken or fish or hamburgers as a baste.

2 big glugs of Soy Sauce (Tamari)
4 big glugs of Italian Salad Dressing
2 tablespoon Prepared Mustard

Comes out a creamy dark yellow color. I marinated the beef for approx 90 minutes (procrastination in lighting the Barbecue) and when the meat went onto the Barbecue, used the marinade left in the bowl to baste the meat.

Came out very tender, a little mustardy/tart. Would be an excellent flavor to baste Hamburgers with.
