Sushi Teriyaki Marinade

4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Mirin (sweet rice wine)
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon salt

Mix the soy sauce, sweet rice wine, salt and grated ginger in a bowl together. Crush garlic clove and add to mixture. This makes enough to marinade one pound of meat in it and will keep up to one week in the refrigerator.
