4 green onions, sliced diagonally
4 large carrots, sliced into thin strips
75 ml toasted cashews, coarsely chopped 1/3 cup
4 grilled chicken breasts
500 ml cabbage, thinly shredded 2 cup
DRESSING
50 ml vegetable oil 1/4 cup
25 ml sugar 2 tbsp
25 ml red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
15 ml teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
Prepare vegetables. Grill chicken breasts; slice into strips.
DRESSING:
In a small bowl; combine ingredients.
Toss all ingredients together in large salad bowl. Serve immediately.
