100 gr Confectioners’ sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
50 ml Grand Marnier Liqueur
250 ml Whipping cream
Sift Confectioners’ sugar and mix with lemon juice. Add Grand Marnier Liqueur and stir well. Beat whipping cream until very stiff and carefully fold in Confectioners’ sugar mixture. Line a small Gugelhupf Form with aluminum foil. Fill the cream into the Gugelhupf, cover and keep cold in deep freeze. Next day turn out on serving platter and serve with cherry preserve.
