1 qt. heavy whipping cream
6 oz. (1/2 cup) honey
3 lbs. PETER’S® SNOWCAP WHITE CHOCOLATE
1/2 tsp. vanilla
In a 2 qt. saucepan over medium high heat, bring the cream to a boil.
Turn off the heat. Add the honey, Snowcap White Chocolate and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Chill.
