Chinese Mustard Sauce for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (3 Cups)
Portions: 1 Teaspoon Each

2-1/2 cups (8 oz) mustard, ground
1-1/2 cups water

Add water gradually to mustard and blend until smooth.

NOTE:
Serve with egg rolls.

If a hotter sauce is desired, cover and refrigerate overnight.
