Cranberry Cinnamon Bread for ABM

1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast
2-1/4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon powdered milk
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1-1/8 cups water, warm
1 cup cranberries, frozen or fresh
